PANEL FIXATION

The system consists of supports on the structure to sustain of facade panels.

Designed to eliminate the inconvenient caused by the concrete supports during the production, stocking and transportation. It allows wide regulations on the three Cartesian axis. These regulations ensure a uniformity on the pagination of the facades.

Independent Fixed Panels

      - External Fixation

For panels with an external fixation (column or beams), the support can be fixed in three ways on the structure:

  • Screwed Support

Elements:

  • Templated Reinforced Threaded Anchor - TSA GAB

Holding element concreted in columns or beams to ensure the positioning of the support in the structure by screws.

  • Screwed Support

Element that’ll be screwed on the Templated Reinforced Threaded Anchor (TSA GAB). It has superior and frontal screws that allow the adjustments and  transfers the panel’s load to the structure.

  • Fixation Set

Screws and washers to fix the support on the Templated Reinforced Threaded Anchor - TSA GAB

  • Panel Niche

Element to be  holded by the support and distribute the panel load.

Elements:

  • Anchor Plate

Holding element concreted in columns or beams to ensure the positioning of the support in the structure by weld.
